Description

The goal of this course NPPS (Numbers, Patterns and Problem Solving) is to take away the drudgery of the drill sheets and make math more inspiring and engaging. Through colorful engaging lessons with easy-to-follow explanations, students will learn numerical fluency and algebraic thinking through basic pattern recognition. They also solve word problems to improve their critical thinking and reasoning skills. The comprehensive lesson plan over arching the common core concepts from Grade-1 to Grade-7 is taught through 5 different levels starting from Level-A to Level-E. 

Each level has four quarters. Upon completion of each level students move to the next level. Level-E is a highly rigorous level and introduces topics that  go above and beyond the common core curriculum. After the completion of Level-D students have a choice to move to the Pre-Algebra program to match the rigor of a school enrichment program. Topics covered include
